This is a cruel genetic disorder. The individual begins to suffer with
spasms sapping muscle strength and ability leaving the brain intact but
locked in torment and distress. It is sometimes known as Huntington's
Dance. The individual is eventually dependant upon others for total care.
Sadly, some families are unaware of the illness until they are in their
late twenties and have already started families of their own unaware of
the genetic history. Tests can be done to confirm whether you have the
gene.
